Job Role:

We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to manage, optimise and grow an existing portfolio of clients across multiple sectors and industries utilising skills in Search, Mobile, Video, Shopping & Display.

Your role will be to manage this department to the highest possible standards maximising growth, performance & ROI for each and every client.  You will report to the Director of Services on a daily basis who is responsible for delivering results for our clients from our ‘integrated services’ approach.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Company Policy & Procedures Adherence

- CRM TASK Management

- Record Company Notes/Calls in CRM

- Maintain Company AdWords Accreditations

- Monthly PPC Account Reviews (written & verbal)

- PPC Campaign Management Optimisation & Delivery

- Service Delivery & Specification Enhancement

- PPC Performance Reports Creation

- Google Analytics – Analysis of Performance Reports

- PPC New Business Set Ups (analytics, reports, conversion tracking)

- Maintain PPC Process Flow Up To Date

- PPC Delivery Sheet Adherence

- PPC Audits/Proposals (if required)

- PPC Consultations (if required)

- PPC Renewals

- PPC Staff Training

- Monthly KPI’s

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paid Search Manager who is wishes to further and develop a specialist career in Paid Search & Digital Marketing.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

You will be a Google AdWords Certified Professional and ideally a Google Analytics Certified  Individual with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (C or above) including English Language & Maths or relevant Degree.  You will also be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to perform in this role (with evidence and references) with a high level of competency and experience in these skill sets. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be smart in appearance and attitude with a willingness to learn, progress and have the ability and aptitude to follow company policies and procedures.

You will be a well organised, enthusiastic, hardworking, punctual, and with excellent interpersonal skills who can add value to our business and someone who wants to be part of our continued growth and success.
