Technical SEO – our first task was to assess their existing platform and where it stood in relation to Google’s Quality Guidelines, Ranking Factors & Algorithms. We’ve worked with almost every e-commerce platform out there and we’re yet to come across one that we haven’t been able to increase it’s exposure and improve its performance in the search engines as a result of fixing technical SEO issues that are inherent with almost every e-commerce platform out there. Over a period of time we technically re-engineered their existing e-commerce platform (as best as we could) in order to significantly improve exposure, rankings, traffic & conversions.
Paid Search - we completely re-engineered and optimised an existing ‘Google Shopping’ & ‘Search’ campaign for mobiles & desktops that allowed us manage and control budget & ROI at ‘product’ level. Their previous campaign was delivering an exceptionally low monthly ROI and the whole campaign needed a complete overhaul.
Website Migration – since re-engineering their old platform as best we could – we’ve recently migrated Turnbull & Thomas to our own e-commerce platform. Intelligent data insights and analysis showed us that their old site was considerably under-performing in key ‘UX’ & ‘performance’ metrics (against industry benchmarks) including; Sessions; Bounce Rate; Page Views; Basket Funnel Exits & more importantly; Conversion Rate. Since migrating to our new own e-commerce platform (which is technically aligned with Google Algorithms & ranking factors AAP) – performance has drastically improved.
