Job Description:

Due to continued growth and expansion we now require a part–time credit control and office support executive.  Your role will be to assist the Managing Director in managing contracts and invoicing with clients from new business set ups, to monthly campaign management and renewal of contracts.  Our advanced online billing and accounts system is already set up to assist this process.  The ability to liaise with clients over the telephone is essential – ensuring that clients adhere to their contractual obligations. Office Support – you will be responsible for assisting the MD in all other areas of the business helping to streamline business processes and anything else that assists the day to day running of this busy agency office such as HR, invoicing, accounts and marketing. This is an exciting role for someone who wishes to play a leading role in the day to day running of a busy agency office in a thriving digital sector. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Credit Control & Client Liaison
  • Contract Management & Control
  • Accounts & Invoicing
  • Answering the phone/Telephone enquiries
  • Assisting MD in all areas of the business including HR & Marketing
  • Assist the development and maintenance of internal systems and processes
  • To support business processes
  • To build strong client and team relationships
  • Other responsibilities may apply

Skills Required:

You will ideally have experience in working in an office environment and will also have excellent telephone and communication skills.  Experience of working with the internet and online applications is a must – you will ideally have an understanding of the digital and internet sector and the more skills you have around this sector the better.
